 2008 ROTARIANS OF THE YEAR!!!!

James & Terri Coats and James Block were singled out for the annual participation and development of the Rotary Chiropractic Clinic in Piedras Negras, Mexico.  Block's wife, Eletta, was also recognized for her participation with the Rotary Anne Award.
