The Board approved the operating budget for 2008/09.
Joy Prater discussed the elements of a grant application the Clinic has submitted to Delta Dental to help in acquiring new equipment for the clinic.   She also noted that Dr. Milum has generously donated a panograph to the clinic that will be operational at the clinic within the next few months.
The clinic is open twice each month to provide free dental extractions to those who have been approved.   Roz Lanier and Clara Simms, dubbed the "tooth fairies," are responsible for conducting the screening process through the auspices of Share & Care.

The Harrison Rotary Centennial Free Dental Clinic

The Harrison Rotary Club began planning for the Centennial celebration of Rotary in the Spring of 2003.  The project got a big boost in April of 2004 with a $10,000 grant from Delta Dental Plan of Arkansas.  In June of that same year, the Clinic received a special grant of $5,000 from the Walton Family Foundation.  An open house was celebrated at the 310 Watergate Road  location on May 2, 2004.
